Our exhibiting artist, April Rosenberg, with take you through her approach to collage, exploring themes of femininity, nature, death, and rebirth. In this workshop, April will discuss her personal artistic study of several feminine archetypes, and invite you to collage an identity that speaks to you. You’ll have access to our materials as well as special imagery and collage items selected by April for this event. All genders encouraged to attend.
What we’ll provide: Everything you need for this workshop, including paper, collage materials, adhesives and cutting tools.
What to bring (optional): Imagery or paper objects that you’d like to incorporate into your collage.
About the artist
April B. Rosenberg is an ecofeminist artist. She works in mediums such as collage, poetry, jewelry and shell-craft. She uses found items to explore ecological impact and our spiritual connection to objects, especially those of the natural variety.
